try searching for this one, you'll find allot of different options. your BEST and Cheapest option would to replace the factory head unit with something like a double din unit like the kenwood unit my dude installs into peoples cars. GREATEST value and much better then the Factory head unit, plus you can use your own video source i.e. Laptop.

Damn your interior look superb... compared that to mine and mine looks really tacky...is that of the 2003 version.... i think i need to upgrade...![Wink](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
i was thinking of changing the head unit initially but then i though add a tuner should give em the same functionality (i am assuming it has a video and audio in) although does the kenwood screen offer high resolution... which would tip the balance...
Also would i lose any of the functionality i.e the telephone...
How much did the kenwood set u back?

not mine, but I'm doing something similar to that on my CL, that was done on a C class. trust me, that would set you back Much less then doing a A/V mod on that screen, you would need to install a PAC unit and a TV tuner, just to get it all on their, voiding your warranty.
the PAC unit alone requires dismantling your headunit, so your MUCH better off going with the Kenwood or like it. Ipod ready/GREAT navigation compared to MB, and much much more bro.

Does that thing also allow for iPod control? This is what I am really looking for and if I could combine it with TV that would be fantastic. As far as I know for iPod control you have to go through the multi-CD input. I am looking to buy now but want to be sure I get the best setup I can.
