Hey all, well im purchasing a cl500 with all the trimmings its a 05 fully loaded at a reasonable price.. I would just like to know if anyone can tell me any modifications that could be done on the car such as roof spoiler, ipod connector (that plays thru the command), tints, rims.... The color of the car is black opal with a light gray interior..... Im just looking for advice, any is greatly appreciated thanks...... im here now!!!!!!!!!!!!

first make sure your warrantied, not to jinx, but to warn.
Then Get some Tints, i have every window tinted, and don't cheap out, get it done right and request the Tint to go to the edge without Gaps. Ask the dealer who does their cars, probably a well recommended guy like mine here in Cleveland.
Roof spoiler, eh, its personal pref really, spend money on a Sprint Booster instead.
Then get some wheels and DROP THAT *****

I'd ask around if the cops hate people with Tints in your area, if not, do 5%
its harder to see out of at night, but its sooooooo private lol. it would look great thou.
Sprint Booster is a little cable thing that gets hooked up between the gas pedal and the cable that is connected to it. It does not add HP but it does make the car MORE beastly and acceleration is increased greatly.
search it out, its freakin GREAT!!!!

Their is a Difference between the AMG sprint Booster and the Non AMG one, their both great but the Non-AMG one is more powerful. It Basicly cuts the gap between Hitting the Gas Pedal and Launching the car.

took me less than 1 min to put mine in and did it in the rain. Unplug a cable going to your gas pedal and plug the sprint in. You will love it.... night and day throttle response. I drive a 600 and it is jumpy the ESP light comes on allot.
20's for sure, take your time and pick something classy. Then DROP IT. Throw in a system if you so choose. Grab some clear blinkers and ditch those yellow ones. Throw in Xenon white bulbs to match those HID's, switch the exhaust out if you want a more refined sound, and at brake time swap the old rotors for new vented slotted ones. Upgrade the pads to akibono dustless or should I say less-dust euro pads. Just did that and my car stops much better....after that you could get the computer reprogrammed if you wished. These are the things I did to my 600, if you come up with anything else let me know.
