what i was trying to say the Cl's from 2000-2006 are those made by chryler work

From my knowledge I think our pre CL were made by Chryler. Chryler actually own Mercedes that's why own car are now like a piece of sh*t. Keep falling apart for such an expensive car.

Chrysler NEVER owned Mercedes. It's the other way around. Mercedes dumped 80% of the Chrysler interest to an investment company named Cerberus.
