i had the lowering links done on my cl500 and i usually drive the car on the medium setting or 1 light on , but i tend to raise and drop the car a lot . will this afect the suspension in any way , and does lowering or raising the car while im drving cause any damage to the system ?

No, raising the car with the factory buttons does nothing to harm the suspension.
