hi there. i drive a cl 500 02 and i have the abc problem.garage said it needs to replace the pump ...cost over here 1600 euros .is that right?dont forget exchange rates.shall i ask the old pump back?is it repairable?also the car has 19
wheels all over.275/35 rear-245/30 front.anyone can help with pressure??

The price for the pump seems to be right. I had the same problem, kept the old pump, but I have not found anyone yet that can rebuild it. With the number of ABC problems, someone will come up with a solution one day - I hope -

Sounds right to me. I also think its ridiculous that the front and rear valves can lose pressure in one side of the front or rear and require the whole valve at that end to be replaced.

Anyone heard about rebuilds for them?

thanks for the answers.there is a guy who suppose to repair them here in greece.but its not a mercedes garage.he is only charging 400 euros,but i found out too late to pay him a visit. i will though in the near future.i ll let u know.
