I wouldn’t bother
guys 2003 came as facelift and still had cd nav. It’s crappy. Blue background with shades of darker and white lines. The real 98-2000’s not even cheap looking garmin maps of the time we’re better. Old school cadaster maps.
2004 models had dvds so had color screen maps you’d be happy with. Also if know how clumsy it is to input cd names or stuff into headset. Try gps. Linguitronics a mission.
Good news is with 2003 headset You should find an aux plug in cubby-hole/glovebox RHS.
On radio push SYS choose aux and you can play through system. No need expensive other options. Just get any make male to male and Bluetooth receiver. (Wasn’t part of maps but wish I’d known 5yrs sooner. Not in manuals) 🙃

Dude if you could do that how much for South Africa (ZA)?!
Mine got stolen by dealer and didn’t really use it so… Also when it came to mapping stuff before Google did their street mapping we had jack sh.t vs what already available on paper in Europe, USA etc. Sate security etc old gvt 🙄
I’ll search for a download of any for you then?! Saw one somewhere 🤔 Either North East US and remember a UK and Ireland.
