220 mph speedo fitted - Display fault !!
Just fitted a 220 mph speedo cluster to my CL65 (dont know why it didn't have one in the first place), all is working ok except that I get a fault message "Display Defective - Visit Workshop" and the Clock display is running about 90 minutes haead of the system time ??? other than that it works fine. Does anyone have any bright idea as to how to re-programme the unit to lose the fault dispaly and get the clock to match the system time or do I really have to visit MB?

You may need to have a knowledgeable tech go into it with a STAR system. There may be a problem with the way the display is communicating with the rest of the car, or the unit is defective.
