car lowered? That wear should be more even, but its common on lowered cars due to negative camber. I have just a bit of negative camber (lowere 1.5 inches) and my tires do wear down on the inside first, but even then it is no less than every 20K miles. 10K is pretty fast!

no the car is completely stock. would there be any other reason of why its wearing off on the inside. i have 19in wheels, will that make a difference or is it that they r not aligning the car correctly?

I don't believe you should have uneven tire wear on any stock car where everything is as it should be. Uneven wear is telling you something isn't right.

It should be decently even. Although left and right sides may experience minor differences, same with rears and fronts. If you get it aligned, watch them do it. Do you rotate your tires?

i cant rotate them because the back wheels are wider, i guess i will take it the the MB dealer and we will see what happens.

Uneven tire wear is unacceptable regardless if you have stock tires or not. Inside wear on the rear can be diagnosed easily at the dealership. My rear alignment was off, I cannot rotate my tires either. They are staggered. 295/30 on the back and 255/35 front 20". To get it re aligned is so inexpensive considering the cost of new tires. I now have even wear. It may not be this on your car, but you need to get it looked at by a professional.

Unless you want cambered look. That's why my camber isn't corrected, it's to fit the wheels. But yes, especially on stock wheels it should be pretty even.

well i took it to the dealer and they said that they couldnt do anything about the tires, when u sit behind the car u can see that the back tires r slanted and the MB guy said that the only thing that they can adjust is the tire from left to right and not up and down. if this is the case i would always get wear on the inside.
