2003 CL55 Drivers Door Assist help

I just noticed it today when i tried to close the door on my car that the drivers side door is not sucking in I dont hear any noise or anything, the passenger side works like a champ , ive tried looking for a bad fuse but i dont know where the that might be .... HELP PLEASE ...

the PSE pump is giving out. Happened to my S500 the drivers door stopped sucking in. The pump is located in the trunk.

how did you fix it ?

or did you have the Stealership do it for you?

it happened to mine also, they told me it was going to be $800 to replace the pump so now i just slam the door but i might go replace it cuz its starting to annoy me

Out of curiosity, how can a failing pump only affect one door?

i think there is a pump in every door in the CL

The pump is in the boot and has a clutch with pipes leading to the front doors and boot lid. It sounds as if one of these has worked loose rather than the pump failing.

Edit: Looks like it is a faulty solenoid. Worksheet Information enclosed.
