Dear God, someone put "Lambo" doors on a 215 Mercedes...

The world is coming to an end. Nice knowing you all.

Hating?

I'm sorry...? How do you figure we're hating?

You're the one who posted that picture. And it is your right to do so. And it's our right to laugh at you. Simple as that. It has nothing to do with hating.

I mean, really, hating on something that just about anyone can have done for 800 bucks? Personally, I'd rather spend that 800 bucks on another set of street slicks, rather than useless bling. But that just me.

You're right. It is a wheel post. Your wagon wheels look ridiculous. Happy?

You'll buy slicks for your race car? What do you have for a "race" car, exactly?

$3800 dollars???? You've done "research"? On what, again?

Either you have too much money or not enough sense... This is what I've been able to come up with by "researching" for a minute:

http://www.streetbeatcustoms.com/Ver...CL0006/750667/

http://store.gaugemagazine.com/verti...-door-kit.aspx

http://www.carid.com/2006-mercedes-c...s-lambo-doors/

Unless you're telling me you got double "dipped" (I hope they used KY) and got charged 1500 bucks to install two hinges?

i believe the bmw is a 5x120 and the Mb is a 5x113 and also the hub centric....adaptor will be the answer....but the offset you will have to check...(adaptors i dont recommend tho) my .2 cents

Do you think 19x9/19x10 35mm offset will rub in the rear. I'm planning on lowering it an inch

Fatmike, do you think +35mm offset will work if the car s not slammed. My rear fenders are rolled. Also, would it work in the front for 9 inch wide with 35mm offset?thanks

The front clears fine. What size tire were you thinking for the rear? If its not slammed I think it should be fine, maybe some small rubbing on huge bumps

2003 MB CL600 & 2004 Audi A8
2003 CL600 w/ '07 S65 20" AMG rims

After replacing the orig rims w/ aftermarket rims sold by the benz dealership, I realized the HUGE quality difference between authentic and knockoffs (and how little Mercedes dealers actually know about their own product). These cars are so heavy that knockoffs don't take Chicago pot holes very well. After going through several tires and bending two rims, I reverted back to original AMG rims and am so glad I did. Anyhow, an expensive lesson learned.

I wanted to go with momo gtr 275 /35/19 on 19x10 rear in the rear. But it looks like the front 19x9 is only available in 20mm offset which i don't think it will work.
