What do you want to know about it?
It probably wont be as fast as your sl but it has all the S class luxuries...
How many miles are on your sl?

I looked at a CL recently, and as much as I liked the ride comfort and superior steering feel of the CL vs. the S, the biggest deal breaker was that the CL did NOT have the AMG Sports package. The link you sent looks the same...nice car, but no Sports package. If you decide you really want to swap the SL for the CL, I think it's worth holding out for the Sports. Do the comparison looks for yourself.

Here is the dragtimes.com comparison. The CL looks to hold its own.

I don't think the CL really weighs any more. The hard top plus extra chassis bracing make the SL very heavy. You're going to be pretty even, speed wise. And the torque is the same, which is what really matters.

It's basically the same car, nicer interior, 2 extra seats.

Mine has it and i think it looks awesome.....
Then again i have some virus that makes me obsessed with anything mercedes.
