Just went shopping for a MAXCARE warranty

I was just quoted the following numbers from a Chrysler dealer in my area

4825 3yr/unlimited
5625 5yr/75k miles
4200 2yr/unlimited

anyone have any thoughts on which would be the best for an 03 CL600 with 60k+ miles on it?

Just to clarify, I gave the guy the VIN number of a 03 CL600 I was interested in buying and these were the quotes he gave me.

Will this actually go through? I'm trying to decide between the 3yr and the 5yr. He originally quoted me 5800 on the 3yr and immediately dropped it to 4825 when I began negotiating.

Also, no inspection required. We can do the contract over the phone.
A different dealer told me that when they go to input the contract into the computer as a sale, the computer won't let the sale go through. I am dreading this possibility and I am wondering if he was BS'ing me.

What does it NOT cover? you need to find out if there is anything it doesnt cover. If it is 5yr and 75K additional miles on top of the 60K+ then go for this one. It will pay for itself i promise that!

It's my understanding from these MB forums that Chrysler will no longer insure the older MB's. This of course could always change. In any event, be sure you FULLY understand any policy BEFORE purchase as to what is covered and what is not.
