New owner here
I've been craving some real power for some time now and have always liked the W215, so the CL600 V12TT seemed like the right choice. Here she is........
2003 CL600 V12TT AMG / Sport package
- Complete AMG break set up
- 9x20 - 245/35/20 and 10x20 - 285/30/20
- Star Lowered
- 2 owner car, very clean low miles, exception maintenance
By the way I just did the ECU reset ..... WOW what a difference it make, especially off the line and low end, so much more pull now !!! Before it felt like it had no real power off the line, like a BIG heavy slow car (more so than it is) but now she's a hungry beast and I want to fead her more LOL
Mods to come
- ECU / TCU tune
- maybe some type of added cooling
- Wheel change
- We will see from there
Here are some cell phone pix from the seller

Now that's more like it! I wouldn't put the first wheels on to save my life
Looks really nice. Do you get 'purple' around the edges on the tint? (mine does)

I love the CL600. That's a great looking car, and we have the ECU/TCU setup that will put a smile on your face every time you press the loud pedal!
Let me know when you are ready!
btw... we are having a Holiday 20% off special through 12/31!

After talking with several of the top V12TT guys that are really into these motors on this and other boards I recently went with the SPEEDRIVEN ECU / TCU tunes, and WOW what a difference they made and what a great company to deal with.
They are also having an amazing sale that I got to take advantage of .....

beautiful car man. i'd go with some V12 biturbo badges too lol hehe gotta give some kind of heads up to those unsuspecting challengers
the new wheels look fantastic and love how they added the AMG brake kit. never understood why the S/CL600 stock only comes with a larger caliper in the back and the front remains the same (compared to a S/CL500) vs the SL600 comes with a whole bigger setup front and back

Did you buy your CL600 brand new? Perhaps the previous owner had it done.
The (W215) CL600 had the same brakes setup as that of the CL500.
(R230) SL600 however share the brakes with SL55 (bigger than the 500's).
The brakes on the OPs has definitely been upgraded.

Thanks !!
Sorry man, do some research, take a look at some photos on line, and you will see that the stock 600 set up is much smaller than AMG calipers and rotors. Its not a big deal I just like the look and performance of the AMG set up better.
I researched this and it was one of the reasons I bought this car, it was like getting the AMG rotors and calipers for free.

No, you are right. I missed the upclose picture of your front rotor. The CL55's front rotors are 15mm larger in diameter than the CL600 rotor. The rears are the same size on both.
