CL 500 [W215] ACTIVE BODY CONTROL [ABC]

Hi. My CL 500 [w215]drops on the right hand side. When i start the car it is sitting level at the correct height and it is not until i actually pull forward that the right hand side drops. At this stage it will not rise on the switch in the car, only the left side will go up and down. The only way i have found to get the right hand side to rise is to drive the car up to about 30 mph[when the white abc light will come on for the first time]and then the right hand side rises to the correct level and works as should. I can then drive hundreds of mile with out any problems untill i actually turn the engine off. I can leave the car parked up and even after 2-3 days it does not drop and it is not until i start the car again and pull forward that the right hand side drops again. There dosn't appear to be any leaks on the system and the fluid level in the reservoir reads full. It looks like it could be a sensor to me but is there one that covers the right hand side of the car because it is unlikely two would go bad at the same time. Any help on this problem would be much apprereciated.
