Re my '02 CL, the pass window has never gone all the way up when first attempting to do so. Usually the second attempt by lowering it and then raising it will get the job done. It will stop mid way or so and after trying repeatedly to get it to fully close recently, I was finally able to get it closed. It has never been this bad but I always thought it was some type of safety device that controls raising the window. Anyone know anything about this? Also, does anyone's ever stop on the way up with the switch engaged?

This problem has been discussed before.

If you are unable to normalize the window (using the normalization procedure), there is a problem in one of the modules which will require replacement.
