Wheel size
Hi,
I recently bought a 2001 CL500 and it has 20" rims with 275/30/20 rear and 245/35/20 fronts, I feel that you feel everything on the road with this setup and was wondering if fitting 19" with 275/35/19 rear and 245/40/19 fronts would make a big difference.Whats your thoughts?
Thanks

Just about anytime you add a tire with a taller sidewall, you will notice a difference. I have the same 20" setup on my CL55.
I replaced the Yokohama's with a set of Pilot Super Sports and have been pretty happy with the results. It's definitely more comfortable. You may want to give a set of softer tires a try if you're not ready to completely change the rim size.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply, My 20" need a refurb so instead I have ordered some 19" with higher profile tyres and will sell the 20" on.
Thanks
