ready to upgrade poor sounding BABY

have bought all new speakers to replace all bose drivers in my w215. also installing dsp so I can leave command functional. Its the 3sixty.3 8 channel
. My intention is to give every speaker its own channel except the center and sub which will share. I also have two 4 channel amps (mrx-f65) and a mono amp(mrx-m110) for the subs. All the speakers are Alpine: 4"(sps-410) for the kicker panels and center, 6 1/2(sps-610c) for the fronts, 5.25(spr-50) for the rear, and a 10" (swr-10d4) subwoofer. Now, the problem which is twofold. First does anyone know the wiring schematic for the bose amp and two should I use the signal before or after the amplification. And, Finally with the sub should I reinforce the deck those subs hit HARD! Could use some help on this transformation from whiny to being heard.
