Dang, that's freaky. Sorry I don't have much guidance. How old is your battery? I know that erratic power / dead or dying batteries can cause all kinds of weird stuff.

Water intrusion from a clogged cowl is always suspect with weird electrical stuff, as is a failed module. Also a possibility is your key was being pressed in your pocket, these cars have a convenience feature where if you hold the unlock button, it opens all the windows and sunroof.
Too many posibilities, a scan with STAR would be best to try to sort it out.

Unfortunately though I can't add any suggestions as to the cause though I do recall this being asked before on other fora, so it is an known issue.
