2000 CL 500
00 CL500 Changed battery vehicle won't turnover when I turn the key.

Took vehicle to get detailed, they left doors open overnite to dry carpet. Ignitiion will not turnover engine.
Pulled battery to recharge it, fully charged 850 cranking amps but still will not turnover.?
Also
No brake lights now?
No clock display on dash?
Sunroof not working?
Rear windows not working?

Is there a process I have to do after installing a battery?

Still does not turn over.

Checked fuse and found a 5 amp under pass rear seat blown.
Replaced it and still does not turn over.
All was fine till it went into detail.
Now will not turn over.
Can anyone help?
Suggestions please.

if it's not the main fuse , then it's
time to buy a new battery

try disconnect the battery again for 1 hour
reconnect
after that, once you key turns:
