Raidiator fluid leaking backside of engine

Had my 2001 W215 for 6 months an just started to notice small pools raidiator fluid on the floor of my garage. I remember seeing one time that I had to add fluid to the sub tank. I peeked in the back of the engine an noticed that it was coming from the back section. I haven't driven the car far just around town.
Can I please get assistance with my problem, thanks

Mercedes
It's typically a small coolant hose that goes through the firewall

Hoses in the back

Thank you very much. Question is it a easy fix an are there better grade hoses besides OEM?
