Cl500 sprint booster

I just received my sprintbooster and need help to instal it.

i straight away tried to hook it up.

i removed the bolt (1) on the gas pedal but can seem to pull the upper part (2) out

any tips and instructions would be much appreciated

I have reached to this part.
looks like im almost done but its hard to reach the trottle and the wire is too short

Yes the wire is short , it just pulls off of the pedal

Help
i have stopped my work.
i connected the sprintbooster on the gas pedal and turned the engine on, the selector switch was ON i could switch between acceleration modes.
checked on the gas and there was no throttle at all

so i decided to turn it off and back on again
this time the Check Engine Light appeared!
and there was still no throttle acceleration on the pedal
