Hi My father just bought a black 2003 Cl55 with 143k miles we got a steal but under medium - hard acceleration its popping into neutral and after hard revs the supercharger doesn't disengage and can be heard when not on the gas all the way down to about 1300 rpm the engine seems healthy its happy at 1-2k rpm which is surprisingly usable for around town but obviously something is wrong and you don't buy a 493hp car to keep it at 2k rpm also there is a ticking noise coming from the dome light switch board module thing, need some advice hoping its a sensor or something but trans has never had a rebuild so guess it might be going...

Get a new conductor plate, filter and electrical connector



and check the tcu for fluid leakage , the connector leaks and allows fluid to damage the electronics
