Where do I find struts for the trunk?
so I have the self closing trunk. Where can I find the struts? The boot lid is heavy!

I need a set too, they are very expensive through MB, even at employee cost.

Hey Italian Joe! Is there no alternative? I found a few different brands on Amazon for the hood. But nothing for the trunk.

When my guy changed my trunk struts , he used mb oem parts ,so they might be the only source as he usually uses cheaper parts when available

You can get used ones on eBay for cheaper , but no use putting in ten year old struts

I too changed those some weeks ago. To my knowledge there are no aftermarket ones.
