Correct ABC dipstick level

Correct ABC dipstick level
I need help in determining if I have the correct abc fluid in my car. The abc dipstick shows on the aus side that oil covers the "E" in the word unbeladen. On the an side, oil covers the "U" in unbeladen. The car has been sitting for a little more than a week without being turned on because I don't want to ruin the abc pump. When I did drive the 2003 cl500 with 140,000 miles, the red abc light light comes on and the car becomes bouncy. That happens when I accelerate with 15-25% throttle at a stop sign or red light after driving 20-30 minutes on both highway and city streets. I turn off the car, wait ten minutes and the car is fine for another half an hour. The color of the liquid is grey-green. (Sorry that's the best way I can describe the color). If it needs more abc fluid what is the brand or part number and where exactly do I pour in the new abc fluid. I know it's a big question with a lot of information but I need your help please. Thanks everyone!!!

When your car has the engine switched off (motor aus) then the fluid should be at the high mark on one side, and at the low mark on the other side with the engine running (motor an).
It looks low.
It looks low.

Pentosin CHF11, it's usually in a blue rectangular metal can.
As above, you want it on the top mark with the engine off, and it should only drop to the lower mark, not below, when running.
You've got plenty in there to run the car though, the pump only gets damaged when it's run dry, you're way away from that.

In the USA most auto parts stores now carry pentosin chf11s in the store . Oreilly auto zone etc all have it in stock. But they charge $25-28 a liter.
fcpeuro at 5 liters for $68 with free shipping is a great deal !!
Chf11s comes in a green metal can in the 1 liter size
It's not called chs11
mercedes sells the same fluid in a blue can , it's the same exact pentosin chf11s with a Mercedes label
if your fluid is low but you have no leaks and are getting ocassional red warning one or more of your accumulator has failed

An ABC error cannot be diagnosed over the internet ! You need to read the code using the Mercedes diagnostic. You can buy a used dell laptop with the multiplexer on eBay or take it to an independent.

I think that you just fell in the ABC money pothole ...
Owning a mercedes without your own personal diagnostic tool, ideally the STAR, is very brave and leading to the garage very often. However, a first inspection shall be visual, to identify if any of the high pressure hoses are leaking. To do that, you need to remove the left side wheel arch liners and preferably lift your car to check underneath the valve blocks.
I recommend to read and understand how the system work before endeavoring any DIY job or ask any garage. More you know about the ABC, less they will tell you stories about it. Here is the first ABC bible: https://mercedes-abc-drive-carefully.blogspot.com/
Good luck
