So here the best you can get added to the S600 full size radiator and double piersburg CWA100 pumps
2 variable module controller SPAL pushing fans
this fabulous module is progressive, not a stupid noisy ON OFF crap thing
I will complete this article later with intake and exhaust isolation

remove the foglights, newer cars don't have foglights as they are useless
I will install grilles of course
this give fabulous cooling for the turbos
don't forget to refit the external temp sensor !
and set foglights OFF in DAS
for some reason, if you disconnect the foglights wire from the headlights to the foglights, no error

this is the place to get the high power 12v to the module
I suggest you put it under there
juste thermoglue or silicone the plugs on it, module is waterresistant

for fans you need 2x SPAL

va10-ap50/c-61s 12v

DO NOT BUY straight blades, they are noisy
these are the most silent on the market
the Rolls Royce of fans
+

Flex-a-Lite 31165

and don't forget the fan mount kit
if not included
I bought
REVOTEC FPK01

plus some isolation tape

Final word on this mod

You will never get more than 80C / 176Fengine temp in city with this complete mod if you want
I set fans startup at 83C / 182F
fans are not "noisy but you can hear them. but for some that give a special touch to the car
but nothing compared to Chinese crap, neither in terms of power
it delivers 2x 1274,0 CFM

If you select a large Spal you will certainly get less noise, but not recommended as pushers as obstructing too much

But the BIG surprise is removing the fog-lights !
The turbo temps drop like hell when you go fast
You can feel the difference !
I am placing grills now
If you have all your sub panels in place, the massive airflow goes right to the turbos below the mid engine head shield if you bend them a litle closer to each other

have fun !
