Yes, you can keep them.
They will be harsher than 17s or 18s...but they look well (unlike the stuck on vents on your front fenders).
Very rare to see two 215s living so close to each other.

In my experience, it is less the size of the wheels or tires than the ride qualities of the tires themselves. I went from 18" to 19" recently - with different brand and model of tire - and the 19" are far superior. Basically, use the wheel size that you think looks best, then size the tires so they don't rub :-), and choose the brand and model of tire based on reviews of ride and handling. Tirerack.com is a good source - but not necessarily the correct answer for you.
Of course, if it's for track use or if unsprung weight and/or handling is your primary objective, you will have a different set of questions to ask yourself.

you can fit many sizes from S600 to CL65 ect
but you are supposed to set the new size in Engine ECU with DAS Developper ONLY
as I show here, all 4 wheels have a different parameter
19 inch is far the best
rear
DUNLOP Sport Maxx Rt 2 275/35R19
front
DUNLOP Sport Maxx Rt 2 245/40R19
far the best tires I tried, and I tried them all
Only Pirelli P0 are superior but you smoke them too fast
