ABC issue 2000 cl500
When driving, if I go over a bump in the road I get a ABC warning and beep.
When I park my car, after 30 minutes to an hour, the left hand front end settles down.
When I start the car, as soon as I start moving the car rises again to ride height.
Would appreciate any advice

Yes - clean out your block valve, had the same issue with both front wheels dropping after a while when parked. My mechanic (an independent MB genius!) told me there was some crap in the valve. He replaced the O rings and the car is perfect now.

2001 CL500
I was a bit over my head with that particular car so I sold it. I'm really looking for a CL55 project in which I'd do coil overs and some other cosmetic stuff. Love the look but want the power too

I love ABC. I have two, a CL500 and an SL55. I do maintenance myself. Sounds like accumulators. They should be replaced every 70,000 miles would be a good estimate. Car dropping is from valves. ABC is hydraulic, basically rubber o-rings. They simply wear out. I’ve had great success with rebuilding valve blocks with o-ring kits on ebay for around $30. ABC is amazing performance wise. I spent about $15000 in repairs before I started studying it. I’ve replaced valves, struts, and hoses myself. Replacing hydraulic fluid every 30,000 would be a good idea, too. Just wished I had learned sooner.
