switching off cylinders and vibrations

I have a problem with the ignition system. During a quiet, economical ride, the system (kind of software) switches off the cylinders no. 10, 11 and 12. Then everything works properly, no vibrations or warning lights. But when I suddenly have to speed up, the car starts right away, but after a moment the "check engine" light comes on. After testing, it turned out that the system did not restore the cylinders' work, which generated an error. And the car begins to tremble. This results in the effect of misfiring. I have no idea how to fix this? I am struggling with this problem for a couple of weeks, already.

What year is your car and how many miles? Do you have an ECU tune?

and exactly how were they “checked “? The only way to check is to rent known good parts from v12icpack.com and swap them
