Camshaft Q: Right Sensor controls Left Bank?
('01 CL600. Left steering.)
Finally ended my faulty Crankshaft Position Sensor/No-Start issue by replacing the sensor, the harness, and the relay.
Car now starts every time. Runs. Doesn't stall. But is grossly underpowered (Limp Mode).
Fault is P0340, Camshaft Hall Sensor, Left Bank of Cylinders.
Should my efforts begin with the right side Camshaft Sensor? I recall reading that the Camshaft sensors control the opposite bank of cylinders, but now cannot find written proof.
See attached scanner results.

Figured it out! The camshaft sensors on each side read the bank of cylinders on their side. Meaning the left camshaft sensor reads the left bank of cylinders.
I had incorrectly wired the new left camshaft harness, last week. Switched two of the three wires. Fixed that. Car now runs amazing. It was a good day.
