Front Right SAM Loose Connection

Front Right SAM Loose Connection
I was going through my front right (passenger side) fuse box and found a black and blue thin wire with a white connection plug at the end, unplugged from the any of the modules or SAM in that respective box. I can’t see any spot that it will plug into.
Does anyone one know if this is meant to be unplugged or can someone verify where I need to be looking to find it’s connection place.
