Rear window wont shut (close gap)

Rear window wont shut (close gap)

I had my battery disconnected for a few days and usally the windows dont shut so I roll them down and back up and that fixes it but now the rear window shuts when I click the button but not when the door closes?? any idea what I can do to fix this?

put window down hold it for a bit and back up and hold it for a bit but I think the problem happened when I opened the door before connecting the battery so it confused the car now if I connect battery first then open the door it works fine..

thats called a reset

same for the roof
but you open it wide as possible to max, then hold 4 sec
then close and hold it runs fully closed + up and hold 4 sec
every time you remove the battery this must be done
