How to put time on cluster?

Hello everyone I have a CL55 amg and it used to display the time next to the gear and mode I was in on the cluster but as you know when you disconnect the battery it goes away so you have to go into SVC part then settings then date and time which would always work I would set the date and time and when I click back the time would appear on the cluster.

The problem is now I put the nav cd in to check out how it looks and stuff so the time and date is set by satellite which is good, it set itself to the correct time but I cannot get it to appear on the cluster anymore... Any ideas how I can make it appear on the cluster again?

Video of the gps I thought was cool:

Martin,

Did you get this sorted? I've just had the same problem; the clock on the cluster is displaying the wrong time and I'd like to get it sorted.

Thanks

Disconnect your battery at about 5 to midday...then reconnect at midday. That should do it. Cumbersome but only need to do it twice a year.

What worked for me was to set the time from the COMAND SVC Menu first thing in the morning BEFORE the car acquires the satellite signal. You only have about 30-40 seconds to do this after starting the car so it has to be fast. Then I shut off engine, waited a few seconds and when I turned it back on, clock was accurate.

I found the menu in COMAND Svc, which worked fine. Can't understand now why the manual says you can't set it if you have NAV because you actually can
