Its not for a W215. It's for a W220. It won't fit in a CL

dude...those don't fit the W215. The 05 CL uses double DIN.

I fiited one 4 years ago. Works very well, not Hi Fi...but not bad. And much better than a non operative Bose Amp.

It is not plug and play. I did away with the fiber optic system and had to run RCA cables from the head unit to the boot (trunk) and connect the speakers to a separate amp there.

That's what I was wondering, I don't really want to do a lot of rewiring. The ad on ebay refers to an optional device to connect to the fiber. If this was true could the factory amp and wiring to speakers stay in place?

Yes, with the module you'll be able to use the factory sound system and you won't have to do much wiring besides the basics of installing a stereo. Also, I have both the Erisin ES8182S and the NAV TV MOST-H.U.R and it works pretty good!

Thanks Emiio, what about the radio antenna? If I understand correctly it's cable doesn't run to the factory head unit. Did you have to run a wire to the rear of the car?
