I was looking at these last week, but found that my '04 seats don't have the under structure for the cupholder rod to fit into. Check your seats to see if they are compatible. I think some years may have had that structure.

I will most likely adapt a BMW cupholder as I've used these on several of my other vehicles and find them functional.

Passenger cup holder
Just a follow up. I found that the structure to hold the Mercedes "Bottle Holder" is an add on part, but no longer available. Part Number is A2209100314 for Right seat, A2209100214 for Left seat ( RHD?). The Cupholder itself is PN A230810014. Could not find either on the web. Might be able to fab something up if I had one to copy??
So, I did what I usually do- Modified a BMW cupholder for the passenger side. Made a bracket out of 3/16" flat bar stock, 1.5" wide. Took a while to get the bends where I wanted them, but works pretty good. Cupholder is removable just by pulling up, leaving the bracket attached to the car. The bracket attaches to the seat via 1 bolt on the track, and moves with the seat. The plastic bin and corner cover are removed in these pictures, but fit just fine.
