Keyless doorhandles
Hi!
My keyless door handles are not working most of the time and I'm wanting to replace them. Could you transplant the electronics from a donor doorhandle?
Thanks,
Tim

The sensor is replaceable but you have to damage Part of the casting if I remember to get it out. Use a tie wrap to attach new sensor to casting. Search online for full instructions that is where I found it.

U tube have a video of replacing the pad on the handle looks like company supply a new pad.
Does not show how to change the switch and my understanding is water gets in and destroys switch.
are you sure it is not a door wiring fault, common on these, I know, I know, I had to get my drivers door rewired.

Should that wiring fault be in the door hinge or in the door itself? Also I've seen videos of people removing the doorhandle without removing the door interior panel, is that possible?
