ABC hydraulic line replacement

Hi,
I'm doing research on replacing hydraulic lines on the C215 M137 '00 CL600. I've seen alot of ABC maintenance threads and they help out alot.
But when it comes to the tandem pump and it's hydraulic line, the information is model (S/CL) and engine (M137/M275) specific.
They had rerouted basically every hydraulic line on the M275 engine in comparison to the M137.

What I'm wanting to know:
  • Removing/installing the hydraulic line that goes to the tandem pump and the pulsation damper.
Is it correct that, according to WIS document ar3250p0004m, you'll need to remove:
    • The engine
    • The AC compressor
Both WIS and EPC show that there are two banjo bolts at that specific line (A2203205672) connected to the pump and the damper. In the document mentioned below, they state that the banjo that doesn't connect to the pump is disconnected when removing the engine.
When exploring the document that states how to remove the engine, they indeed mention the disconnect of an ABC line, but they don't specifically mention the disconnection of any banjo bold.
Are they disconnecting it from the pressure relieve valve (A2203200858)?
  • What WIS document shows how to remove lines A2209972282 and A2159970982?
  • What WIS document shows how to remove lines A2209978282 and A2209978582?
    And A2203200454 (560) and A2203200753 (580)

  • What WIS document shows to how to remove lines A2209970982, A2209970882 and A2209971082?

I'm planning on removing all these lines, taking them to an hydraulic shop and asking them to restore them to their better than original state. If technology allows, I'd like to upgrade the flexible part of the hoses to be a bit stronger (300 bar maybe?) and have a higher temperature resistance, so that they take longer to age before they start to leak and blow up.
Line 90, or A2209972282 has a bleeding screw that is stuck, so I'm not sure if they are able to fix that. I might consider replacing the line as a whole.

Could you elaborate?
I didn't spend money, yet
I think the ABC system is just magnificent, especially for it's age.

I am going to prove, that with proper maintenance this system can run for ages

Did you ever complete your repair of the lines? Did I understand your previous post correctly the the V12 engine has to be removed from the car to replace these hydraulic lines? Have you ever heard how much an independent shop would charge to do this repair as I have a leaking line and at my age I cannot do this repair by myself. Thanks in advance!
My model is a 2003 CL600 twin turbo engine.

Well, I did not complete the repair, but I do have hydraulic hoses ready for installment. The engine does not need to be raised on the M137, not sure about the M275. I can only assume that the turbo's are in the way big time. It will be hard to undo the line, but it won't be impossible. You might need to lift the engine a little, but I would only do that when you are sure that you need to.

I think that a generic hydraulic shop should charge around $200~$300 for the reparation of this line. It contains several hoses that need to be replaced.
I'm in the process of setting up a webshop that you can use to order ready to install hoses. I'm not finished however as I still need to test (or get someone to test) my new hoses

One thing to keep in mind!
The total length of the line should be the same (corner to corner should match too), so if the original hose is 20cm long, the newly created hose should NOT be 20cm long since you'll need to account for compression fittings, cutting rings and adapters.

I will, but I don't think I'll have any hoses available until a month or two
