I emailed them but I havent gotten confirmation that Mr12Volt compatible with the W215. Is there any confirmation that this works? Or is there a better option?

Pretty sure that's the exact model I installed (MOST designation sounds familiar), works well enough (I only use it for playing bluetooth audio), though the bluetooth connection can get choppy if I leave my phone in my pocket. w220 uses the same fiber optic system, IIRC. Module goes in the place of the 6-cd changer. the '03 CL55s had an aux cable port in the glovebox, not sure why they took that away.
