Occasional starting issue
Hi,
Once in a while I'll get ESP/ABS/BAP errors showing up in the cluster, and the car won't start. Cold starts are always fine though. I replaced both of those modules, still seems to happen. Today I was able to clear it by resetting the battery, glad a 10mm wrench was included in the trunk kit.
I'm suspecting that the Driver Side SAM is bad, or having issues with the hot weather. Curious if anyone else had similar issues and was able to solve it? I'm planning to replace that SAM now, will post back when I find out if it helped or not.

Yes! I should've updated this thread. I traced it down to the BAS sensor on the brake booster. Cheap and easy to replace, no more issues.
The trouble was that the sensor produced signal which I could monitor in DAS, so I didn't suspect it, but that was it.
I'm having a new issue with the car now
