New Rear Aluminum Control Arms

I have the rear subframe down to change the ABS hoses.
The upper control arms are now easy to get out.

The OEM one is not available from Mercedes anymore. Could not find Lemforder, so I bought a set of Febi Bilstein arms.

Now the big thing is, the original arms were steel. Beefy and heavy.
The new arms are aluminum. Not any thicker than the arms on there now, but much lighter.
I looked around and it seems all the control arms are now aluminum? (those specific ones)

I am not quite sure what to think of this? Anyone have any experience with steel to aluminum control arms?
Can't find the bushings either.

It would help if you posted part #'s.

Are you sure you were looking for the right part # for these?
