To me wheels like this are only one step away from neon.

They are ugly, bad for performance and unfitting of this car.

Big wheels got their start in motorsport... of course now they have nothing to do with racing or motorsport because people put them on hummers. To me if it does not enhance the performance of the vehicle, then it should not be on there.

Leggs, the CL65 which is geared toward ultimate performance only has 19's. Anything bigger is just too heavy, and it makes the ride, handling, braking, and acceleration worse by quite a bit because it is unsprung weight. That is a lot different than sprung weight (weight sitting on the suspension) because of inertia. One pound in wheel weight makes a significant and measurable difference in all those performance categories. The CL65 wheels are a 2 piece forged alloy wheel that is actually lighter than its one piece counterpart that comes on the CL55. Looking at those lowenharts.... I think they were thinking more rap video than weight.

Just something to think about.
