Help with Dead battery
Hey everyone,
My dad's CL600 has been in the garage over the winter and it seems that the battery has died. Since the battery has died, we need to charge it. However, seeing that the battery is in the trunk, which has an electronic button to make it go up, how can I get access to the battery? Is there some kind of release or something? Please help! Thanks a lot!

Are you saying you don't know how to open the trunk??? I have a '02 CL 500 and the trunk release is on the driver side door panel. Once the trunk is open, the battery is found by the right rear fender. Hope this helps.

It has an electric trunk release, where you push a button to open and close it. Since the battery is dead i cant figure out how to open the trunk because its electronic. Im wondering if there is a seperate release, like a manual one.
