First problems on '07 CL

First problems on '07 CL
Picked up a launch edition '07 CL a month ago, and I have wind noise on the driver's side. It sounds like it's coming from the door jam. Dealer tried adjusting the soft-close feature so it pulls the door tighter, but the problem is still there. The door brake on that side is also squeaking, causing a creak whenever I open or close that door. Dealer has ordered a new brake, so we'll see what happens. Anyone else had these problems?

havent had any problems, here but i will make sure i keep an eye out for problems on the 07 CL

could it be the seal around the door?

What about the window, on Mercedes coupes when you close the door the window goes up about half an inch to make a tigher seal. Is it not sealing properly?

Thumbs up I haven't had any problems yet on my LE CL 550
I haven't had any problems yet on my LE CL 550, and hopefully I won't. I'll keep an eye out for stuff though.

wind noise is always a problem in my 05 cl, for some reason when it is really windy outside and i am going 55+ it seems nosier than on a non windy day and i am traveling at the same speed.If the windows are sealing properly you should hear a audible thump\ thump, side seal, and then up.good luck.

Hi I just want to check did you found the what was the problem with the wind noise? I have an 08 and same problem. I can hear the wind and street noise from drivers side door. Like its coming from where the window meets the door. It drives me crazy.

The problem was eventually fixed. The dealer said there was a bulletin to address this. I don't own that car anymore, and unfortunately I don't know the number of the bulletin.

The window module controls the window position height and it can loss its memory. Try reflash/program. Dealer want to replace everything.
