2008 CL 600 Prices

Do you think $85k for a new 2008 CL 600 is a good deal?

Anyone know if a dealer will sell one for $80k. Dealers are receiving $20k back from the factory.

Thanks

What is list on the CL600? I would guess $152K, so lets see $85K for a new $152K car. What is that 45% off? Used CL550's are going for high $80's used with around 10K miles on them. Run back to that dealer and write a check now!!!!

The dealer also has a 2008 CL 600 with 6348 miles. They would probably do $80k for it. Do you think it's worth tax savings for getting a preowned certified? Thank you

Both deals are great, almost too good to be true.

I still haven't decided yet. The best deal I can get is $93,500 for a 2008 CL 600. Black with black, no sports package, no designo. The dealer had 3 2008 CL, one regular black, one black with sports package, and one designo. They have a total of 11 CL, 550, 600, 63 and 65 in 2008 and 2009. The dealers are currently receiving 20K back from the factory on 2008 CL 600 only. I am going to wait and see if Mercedes increases their factory rebate to the dealers if they don't sell these 2008 CLs.

Just for your information, Mercedes was rebating or they call it marketing dollars $15K on CL550's in December on 2008's. I bought a new 2008 CL550 that listed for $118K for $88K, 12/31/08, Mercedes kicked in $15K and the dealer the other $15K. I noticed that MB took off the marketing dollars on the 2008 CL550's which I think is weird. Use Edmunds to track the marketing $$$ deals. Hope this information helps you when working your deal.

You obvisouly are not very intelligent nor do you know how people who have 100K in cash have so much money. There are two dealers in my area who are willing to accept offers of 90K and their prices drop every month as these 2008 CL 600 sit on the lot. This is a waiting game, fewer and fewer people in this ecomomy are willing to purchase 2008 CL 600. Most of these hi end cars are leased. We will see who is the dumb one then.

Exactly what I am talking about, you are asking us questions and then answering your own question on the same thread. You are waisting time by doing this because you already have your answers. Thats why I said you are dumb. Plus only people who dont have the money to buy lease so they can pretend to have money infront of others (monkeys in my eyes). Or if they have the money and still lease then they are really dumb.

waisting or wasting? there's a big difference.

you sure sound like a bitter guy or one of those that paid over MSRP for your car right when they got off the boat.
