Yes, this is a Mercedes forum and we all love Mercedes cars. But let's not ignore the fact that the guy in the CL was a complete *** hat for even attempting this where he did and start to half justify his actions by saying the RX turned to hit him or that the Audi got in his way. Bottom line this guy was a complete idiot.
And I like how the guy recording seems to drive off to go home and post his vid on the net. Maybe pull over and check that everyone's okay, and perhaps offer the video as evidence to those involved as well.

From what I see, I dont think the audi is trying to block the CL. It looks like the Audi is also trying to pass the vehicle in front of him, and he tried to swerved back into his lane when he realized the CL is beside him trying to pass, even before it collided with the Lexus.
