Command Start up DVD
Hi guys.
I have a 2007 CL550.
Sold in Japan, imported into New Zealand.
In december my command system crashed and kept comming up with "Hard Drive error"
I took it into the local MB dealer, the command unit was sent away and i was told that it was going to be cheaper to put in a second hand unit.
So i went ahead with that.
I needed the car for the christmas break, so i picked it up.
They had installed a command unit out of a S500.
It looked the same, but when i went to use it most of the features were not there, I contacted the dealer and they advised me that it needed a software upgrade which they would do free of charge.
I took the car in when i got back from holiday.
Two days later they contacted me and i was advised that the command system was asking for the original start up DVD.
Does anyone out there in MB land have this dvd.
The part number is. 2218270465 001
Any help would be awesome.
