Pulsation damper query

Where to buy?
Hi everyone, I'm in Victoria, BC Canada and need a new pulsation damper for my 2012 CL550. Anyone have any recommendations for where to purchase from? Dealer cost is prohibitive here (nearly $700, just for the damper not installation) so I'm looking for some options. Most sellers online will not ship to Canada.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, but http://www.koperformance.com/ not only doesn't ship to Canada but also requires a USA address just to register as a customer. https://www.pelicanparts.com/Mercedes-Benz/index-SC.htm only offers local pick up on the pulsation damper due to the nature of the part.

FCP Euro will ship to Canada. That's where I buy many of my parts. They offer a lifetime warranty on all parts and are local to me in CT. I believe I payed somewhere around $250 for my pulsation damper from them. I checked and their website says they do ship to Canada.

As far as a DIY, once you locate the pump, scroll up and the things myself and Benztech777 said will make more sense. It's really just a few step process as I recall. Don't forget to allow the ABC system to lose pressure before you unscrew the damper.

Hi Guys,
Im getting a whining noise fro the front left of the car when turning and accelerating. Could this be the damper? The car sits level when parked. Should i wait till it get worse to determine that it is actually it? Oil level is correct and apart from the noise, there are no performace issues.
Im just wondering if i can cause more damage if i dont replace the damper (if it is the damper).
Thanks

In addition, the “damper” shown in the screen shot above occurs under STEERING, which to me means it’s not an ABC part but rather something associated with power steering. Illustration of that here ...

Lots of miscommunication it appears.

Good question, as ABC disappeared from CL550 with advent of 4Matic.

A couple weeks ago I mounted my winter tires for the second year on my GL and the ride improved immensely ... compared to that with the 5-year-old summer (all season) tires just removed. Time to replace them for sure.
Cant recall reading hard ride being noted related to Airmatic ageing ... for what that’s worth.

ABC is a hydraulic system. Airmatic is simply a compressed-air system. Liquids are incompressible, unlike gases. The pulsation damper is a gas-filled volume with a diaphragm separating the hydraulic from the nitrogen. Pulsations generated by the hydraulic pump are absorbed by the nitrogen compressing.

Cl550 c216 2007, help please
hello good friends, I have a cl550 c216 from 2007, and when I start it and it heats up in the abc pump area, I hear a cricket/noise, could it be the pulsation damper?, to change it as I release pressure?. thank you very much indeed for your help. Cheers!
