'07 Cl600 - Rear Window Control Module experts FIXED*****
I have removed the right rear control module in an attempt to solve my left rear window stuck up...no life, not even short stroke. Right rear is fine, however since both run off the right rear module, I decided to yank it out and replace.
The removed module is stamped with part # LU: A216 820 83 85
I found several modules on Ebay with different part #s on the label for the different models, but same year Mercedes.
I found an ebay link here below that seems it might be a fit for me.
if you have swapped control modules before and are knowledgeable on the different part #s could you let me know if this should work or not? Seller says it does, however I would trust those here that have swapped modules before.

After a lot of online research it appears the above module will NOT work and so Im trying to find one at a recycling yard.
Compatible modules for the right rear qtr glass are...
OEM (mine) A216 820 83 85
A216 870 78 26
A216 870 91 26
A216 870 92 85
A216 870 28 26

The ghost in my machines continues.
I replaced the right rear control module and the window regulator, no good, still no left rear window life.
Ill bring it to the dealership next, Im out of ideas....

and before that I'd recommend you to check for any error codes...maybe your part is actually faulty.

Finally brought my CL600 to the dealer, they tried a flash no good for fixing the drivers side rear window being dead.
Replaced the right rear window control module, FIXED for $525
