I need to remove my nav unit to replace the hard drive, does anyone know how to remove the facia that surrounds the heater control switches etc?

Yeah you remove the cup holders (2 screws behind the black rubber bumpers), then the ash tray (slides right out), then the center trim.

The trim has an S clip on the bottom you have to remove...Run your fingers along the bottom and you will feel it. It's pretty strong and you need to pull down and towards you on it. The rest is held in place with clips.
