Hello, Forum

Came across these Floating Wheel Caps promoted by Rimsbook.net. However, I wouldn't trust them with a dime of my money.

Does anyone know of a firm that creates similar wheel caps. below.



I'm interested in just the Floating Wheel Caps not the Wheels. Thought it would be a interesting project to attempt to accomplish.
