Bi Xenon Headlight housing disassembly

2010 CL 550 Headlight Issue, A piece of plastic has come loose. Only way I see to fix it is to take the assembly apart and push it back in place. I have copied a picture from eBay. It is the transparent piece behind the lens that is around the area where the word NEWPARTS is and runs almost the length of the assembly. Thing is, even if we take the housing out, how do you take the lens off to snap it back into place? TIA

Pictures of left and right. Issue is with the left. See difference.

Right side as it should be

not to difficult
I've done that, careful on temp
you have to place the headlight in a oven
then you can pull the lens off
many DIY videos on youtube
I recommend you take off everything you can on the back before

good luck

What worries me is that someone said the Infrared lights or emitters are in the housing itself? Is there a service or a company that does that for you? For a $2000 headlight, I'd feel better if they took the responsibility but I would do it if I had to. What would you seal it with?

I took the lenses off using hair dryer and plastic wedge tool. It's not hard, but takes patience and time. Glued back with some automotive elastic adhesive.
